To Open A New Account Account can be set up for the interior design trade with a valid resale number. Bank information and credit referrences will be required. To set up a trade account please download our credit application, print it, fill out all information, sign and fax back to Highland Court at 631-273-8996. Types of Accounts Proforma: Goods are not shipped until payment is made. COD: Goods are shipped, and payment is due upon delivery. Net 30: Person must have established credit. Goods are shipped and payment must be made within 30 days. Privacy When you submit information to Highland Court, we respect your privacy. No information will be given to any other user.
